Recruitment process
· In order for any new recruit to be considered for active duty in the UPPK they must meet the requirements laid out within.
· Must have played as a guest to the UPPK at a minimum of 2 events in a 6 month non-rolling calendar.
· Have the backing/vouch of at least 1 current member of the UPPK.
· A new player must then be voted in with a majority vote by the rest of the club.
· Once accepted into the club new players should interact with the rest of the UPPK as part of a bonding process, not just for new players but for existing players.

Team UNIFORMS/Id
· The main reason for forming/joining any club is to feel unified, have a sense of closeness and have acceptance as ‘a brother in arms’. As such the UPPK has its own unique branding. (marpat digital)
· There will be NON strict uniform policy. All players can wear any playing kit they feel comfortable playing in. Although Marpat digital woodland camo is encouraged.
· Also with the uniform there will be NO restrictions on the type of marker a player wishes to use, we want all players to be comfortable with their playing gear.
· New members will be provided a UPPK club patch,.(additional patches can be purchased),
